A conversational interface that answers a user turn by turn.
Visão geral
An AI chatbot maintains a conversation and answers each turn in context. It solves the interface problem: most people would rather ask a question than learn a query language or navigate a menu. It exists as the most direct way to expose a language model, and the engineering that matters is everything around the model, which is retrieval when answers must be grounded and guardrails when the blast radius of a wrong answer is large.
